About the Event

These buildings once housed Hoen & Co., one of the most prolific printing companies in the world. After 1981, the manufacturing facility sat vacant for 39 years. Now it is being redeveloped into the Center for Neighborhood Innovation (CNI), a center for nonprofits and social enterprise business with design by Ziger/Snead Architects.

During the tour, guests will learn about the history of Hoen Lithograph and its importance in the printing industry in Baltimore, the existing buildings and how the team plans to breathe life back into the complex & surrounding community, and the overall vision for the complex.

This is a construction zone. Flat, closed-toe shoes are required! Limited onsite parking / off street parking available.
