City House was built in 1905 as the primary residence for William A. Marburg, one of the wealthiest individuals in Baltimore at the time. Located in the heart of Baltimore’s Mt. Vernon neighborhood, 6 East Eager is a completely renovated early 20th-century Greystone mansion. Now known as City House which offers a refined twist on modern shared working spaces.
