Information

Hotel Brexton was built in 1881 and operated as a hotel with some permanent residents until the 1930s. In 1905, Wallis Simpson, the future Duchess of Windsor resided with her mother at Hotel Brexton. During the Great Depression the hotel became the Brexton Lodging House for lower income and less fortunate individuals. By the 1970s, Hotel Brexton was forced to close due to changed in city building codes and the building fell into disrepair. Purchased by RWN Development in 2008, the hotel was completely renovated and reopened in late 2010. Come visit the historic hotel and the result of the painstaking renovation.
