About
The Collective at Canton is a mixed-use development launched in February 2019 and finished in 2022. The complex features 60,000 square feet of retail, 95,000 square feet of office space, 500 apartments and a dog park/beer garden. The site includes Baltimore’s first modern mass timber office, 40TEN. This 4-story building features three stories of exposed timber structure, glass lines and 15’ high ceilings.
