About

The Canton Kayak Club is a nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, that provides an inexpensive and convenient way to learn and enjoy kayaking in central Maryland. As an all-volunteer organization, we make the water-accessible to those without the need to purchase, transport or store a kayak. We offer a seasonal membership to access our shared kayaks from multiple waterfront locations around the Chesapeake Bay. All new members start by completing an orientation training prior to accessing club equipment. We build the local recreational paddling community by offering regular group outings on the water, by giving members a forum to coordinate outings with other members, and by having monthly socials.
