About the Tour

Constructed in 1914 on a double lot in Guilford, this house is best described as “American Palladian” style. Beautifully constructed and detailed, the house has been little changed from the original plans. The main floor rooms flow together via gracious portals providing broad interior vistas. The house was designed with many modern features for its time some of which have been preserved to this day.
