About the Tour

The Maryland Center for Military History, under the Maryland Military Department, consists of three separate entities: The Maryland Museum of Military History, The Witte Memorial Archives and The Hancock Memorial Library. Co-located in the historic 5th Regiment Armory in Baltimore City, the Maryland Center for Military History collects, preserves, and interprets material chronicling the military heritage of the state of Maryland and military service of Marylanders and how that service has helped preserve American freedoms and advance democratic principles.
