There will be guided tours of the newsroom and interactive stations available 10 am – noon. There will be news reporters and perhaps some on-air personalities on site throughout the day.

In 2002, a group of community members bought a radio frequency from Johns Hopkins University and renamed it WYPR (Your Public Radio). Today, WYPR (88.1 FM) is one of Baltimore’s best radio stations, hosting relevant conversations, debates and interviews for listeners. The building was originally the business office of Allegheny Pepsi Cola Bottling Company (1961).
